Living A Kind and Gentle Life…

Communing with Mother Nature, writing poetry, keeping a daily journal and discovering the messages revealed in dreams have afforded Lyn rich assets to her waking life. During times of challenge and failure as well as triumph and success, these gifts have healed her, inspired her to change, begin again and/or provided valuable insight for present and future direction.

As a Mother of three and Tutu (grandmother) of five, Lyn feels it is incumbent upon elders to leave a legacy in this world by contributing their living wisdom. When we cultivate spiritual ground for all who follow, they will find more ways to heal the planet and serve the greatest good. This is a sacred responsibility, especially in these times of great conflict and change.

We all have a unique calling that only we can do, a special, inimitable and individual gift to express in this world! If you tune into this, it will speak to you. And give you a way to share the best of you, whether through dreams, writing, music, dance, art, cooking, gardening, health practices, homesteading, family, community, healing rituals and/or retreats.

Lyn first lived Cambria from 2011-2014 after 4 decades of life on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. She returned to Cambria in September of 2025 and feels extremely fortunate to call it home for good! Lyn has authored 3 books, American Poet in England, Dream Guidebook and Journal (Do Your Best Work Asleep!) and Koa’e Kea – Music and Coloring Book.
